The Appstore no longer has OS X El Capitan available to download. I've been looking for El Capitan for weeks and today I finally managed to get it. This client is not able to establish a connection to our servers. Remote desktop client (RDC) for Mac 2.1.1 is no longer compatible with OSX 10.9 Mavericks / OSX 10.10 Yosemite, or OSX 10.11 El Capitan, and is not supported. And in a perfect world, that would be the case. In theory, you should have to install El Capitan only once, or never if your Mac came with El Capitan preinstalled. The process in El Capitan is (compared with root-canal work, income taxes, or previous versions of OS X) relatively painless. This can through the GUI, or you can run this command or build a script around it.
